The Unhinged summary
Pretentious as fuck but I like it! Great food, good service and they change their menus quite often. You will probably walk past it if you’re not looking for it. Had buffalo milk flat white – So fancy!
Will have to try one of their degustation menus in the evening.
Polite but slow when it is busy. Came here for Sunday lunch. Had one waitress describe one of the dishes as an “ocean of flavours”. Even got my dish personally served by the chef (Oh La la lah!)
The price is not pretentious – it’s actually quite reasonable.
If you want unique then Orphans Kitchen is the place to go. I ordered buffalo milk latte because why the hell not? My latte experience was not the same and I’m grateful to Orphans Kitchen for that!
I ordered a Wagyu steak sweet potato mash (this had a far fancier name on their menu) – tasted fresh with subtle flavours coming from the beef and the sauce.
